Redmax BP Problems

    EBZ 5000- Redmax, Here is the problem, after you start the machine, and give it full throttle it will bog down, unless you slowly give it gas then it runs Good, until warm, then it becomes hard starting, and bogs even more- I have checked the fuel filter, air filter and gas- anyone have any suggestions?? :angry:

    when my 7000 started that i went through every possible solution in the book, i didn't think it looked dirty but is was the fuel filter, $2 and it's fixed. Also check how your plug is

    did u check the spark arrestor?

    The arrestor seems to be free flowing, But I do not see a carbon screen or anything like that.. Thanks for your assistance!!

    I had this problem with my 7001, until I read the owners manual and it said to give the blower 1/4 throttle while starting it. Solved the problem for me.

    carberater maybe clogged :blush: spark plug new?
