Redmax vs. Shindaiwa

Which one is better overall? I am looking at a Shin T230 and whatever is comparable with a Redmax. I did groundskeeping for 3 yrs and we used Redmax and I enjoyed those. Should I stick with it or look at Shins? Also, which one is easier to get parts for? Any help would be appreciated.

Asking a question like this is usually pointless because you will get people naming 100 different brands that they like and saying the others stink, but I like shindiawa trimmers myself

good luck

cant go wrong with either. I run Shindy trimmers and redmax blowers, cultivators, powerbrooms.

Choose the one with which you are most familiar. Both are good machines. If you know you like the RedMax, buy it. Who knows, you may not like the T230.

For what it's worth, all of my trimmers and edgers are shins, ny blowers are Redmax.
