Just wondering if there is a way to refine a search?
For example I am preparing a bid for a spring cleanup and a overseeding, and decided I would pop on here and search "overseeding".
The seach pulled up many posts which do not have anything to do with this topic.
I started from the home page and just searched all open forums. Thanks in advance.

When I am looking for something specific, here is what I do.

Search by Keyword ---- Type in overseeding
    Match ALL

    Search Forum
    Commercial Lawn Care

    Search in
    Subject Only

I pulled up 19 threads that had overseeding in the subject line.

Then I did the same thing again, but changed the forum to landscaping. One more thread came up with overseeding in the title.

When searching it helps to be as specific as possible. Narrow your forums and stick with the subject only, not the entire message.

    Jodi gave you good advice.

Another way is go to my Lawnsite search page on my site and click on grass seed and there are 123 threads on seed, from seed to hydro seeding and overseeding. I will add just over seeding too. I do have hydro seeding on the list.
