Here's another one kinda out of left field. One of my customer educations issues is that in switching to organics they'll have to forego the immediate green up they get from the chem ferts for a more even level of growth which is fine for most but I would like to be able to quantify the benefits both for them and me which has lead me to do some research on Brix levels and refractometers. Obviously most of the stuff I've found about refractometers relates to fruit production and I question if I could even get enough "juice" to get a reading. Seems like it'd be a good way to infer how things are going in the soil if it'd work. Anybody have experience or thoughts on that one?
