;) How do you guys remove your existing sod and put new sod on?

I've heard of different removal options and I'd like to try it out, the removal method I've been using is Option A:

    Option A:

    1) Rent a sod cutter
    2) use the sod cutter, remove existing turf
    3) just level/grade and bring in some topsoil/sand
    4) put down starter fert and new sod

    Option B:

    1) Spray roundup/whatever chemical to kill grass
    2) Wait a few days or weeks
    3) come back, rent a tiller and till up the existing area
    4) remove all dead grass, or any other dead stuff
    5) bring in topsoil/sand put it down
    6) put down starter fert then new sod?

Option A: is alot of work cause you have to haul away sod, disposal fees, etc..

    Option B: is less work?

    What you guys think?

    ;)

I have done both methods- Treat existing lawn, Till, etc...
However, I feel better with using a sod cutter, tilling, etc...

The use of a "vegetation kill" before placing sod scares me. Companies don't gaurantee sod and I sure don't want the customer blaming me for the use of vegi kill affecting their sod.
