I've searched all over this site for a good renewal letter but haven't come up with much. I'd like to see what everyone has and how they present it to their customers. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

We have them sign an "agreement" when they first sign up stating that we are a continuous service from year to year until notified in writing to stop. This saves a boat load of time and money not sending out to them every year.

We do the same as cklands cause stating agreement sounds much better then contracts. The word contract tends to scare some customers off
