That's the trend so far this year, the low bids are winning a lot despite the commercials not being all that happy with what they had been doing for them the past couple years, but the residentials are going well. 11 new customers after hanging or knocking on only 400 doors like those odds, that's not including the possible more calls to come from those. And our newspaper ad hits Friday and we are doing about 1000 more hangers/knocks the next two weeks...things are looking good! I hope we get the HOA we bid on this weekend so we can buy another Dixie zero turn. The 60" ZTR and the 50" Run Behind need a new Dixie friend on the trailer! Plus I can leave the 48" ferris in the shop as the backup all summer, and load the 36" (buying next week) with the 2-3 Dixies

Congrats on new equipment. I just bought a new walkbehind and if things get bigger then trade in the belt for another hydro. I also got some installs to do. Good luck to you and this season.
