returning customer?

    I had a customer not renew because of $25 increase per month. His new service has weeds in the flowerbeds and bermude creeping in also. I sent him a letter with my observations and he called and may hopefully resign because he is not happy. He is happy I showed enough concern to write him and point out the lack of detail. I will know in about a week when he gets back in touch after his vacation. He told me in a letter they were very satisfied with my service before but he just went cheap. He didn't know I was doing weeding and trimming. Oh well just glad he called and glad I sent a follow up letter. It has only been since July 1 for his new service.
