Harmony is in the foothills. I absolutely love this area.

This industry is very competitive. You have to be truly unique. I try to treat all my customers like gold. They really are an investment in your future. Almost like a savings account. I have found that being creative really pays off when it comes time to upsell services. Listen to your customers and prospects! They will tell you exactly how to close
everytime!
This economy is weeding out the weak businesses and a gold mine to those who are willing to accept change and run with it!

Not that I'm aware of,

as you know "or should " your government contract will state that you have to keep on working reguardless of NOT getting paid.
