I'd welcome Mike back. I know it's not always easy, but some of have to get used to leaving our egos at the door. I've been active in contractor organizations IRL (in real life), and you often have a situation where there a lot of self-employed guys who are used to doing things their own way. This doesn't always work so well in an organization where being open to new ideas and a little compromise are keys to success. It even seems to me sometimes that those of us who are self employed might choose that path because we have trouble getting along with others.
