With a week of warmer weather on the way we are looking forward to some exterior cleaning, roof, siding, roof repairs and some gutter work. 2012 ended with some nice projects to add to our portfolio!

Thanks Chris! It was a good end to the year. I'm hoping the forecast is right for this week with 60's on Tuesday!

looks good! I don't know if its just the picture or if the stains are that bad, but the stains almost look red on the first house

I think it was a picture thing but the roof was just as black as black can get. Maybe it was a sun thing! Thanks for the comment!
