Sat. I found a supplier of round bales of pine straw. I would say there is anywhere from 2.5-3 reg. bales in them. They are easy to handle and can be rolled on turf surfaces. You can cut the nylon mesh wrap and unroll them if you like. This is the first time I've seen them and I was quite pleased. They were priced at $8.00/bale. I've always hated those square bales because of the poor quality and small size.

Is that what gives it the rolled look? I've seen it in yards and it looks good, but i was unsure how it was done.

I suppose you could just roll it out but the thickness of the layers would be a bit thick for renovations. The homeownwer had some sq. bales delivered and they were pure crap. You just touched them and they crumbled. These round ones had the really long needles in them and only a few sticks.
