What is seed rate? 10lbs per 1000?

Is there a difference between annual and perineal?

You're talking about over seeding bermuda probably? I know more about cool season than warm but know it takes a higher rate for ARG. This Clemson article says 10# ARG/M and (I have to think it means or) 5-15# PRD/M.

Here in the north I have overseeded with anywhere from 2-5#/M but that is a mix continuing 30-50% PRG (plus KBG). In those cases some of the original turf is salvaged and, importantly, not dormant. Germination rate for overseeding (here) is much lower than for newly established turf such that it does not take that much more seed for new projects, in my experience.

I'll be interested in following what others say. Good luck with it.
