Are you turning the land cruiser into an off-roader? Or just a cruiser
My wife and I are leaving in a week for Moab, so building it into more of an overland rig for this trip, bumper/ tire carrier, it has electronic lockers front and rear etc but it’ll still drive well on the hwy, but eventually it’ll be like my last 4runner was. Winch, armor, 37s etc
Just doing a quick build on it now before the trip and I’ll do more over the winter.
New toy in the shop! Really excited, got it with 4 buckets, one of them is a 30” tilting bucket for ditching. 2400 hours and inside a heated shop it’s whole life.
I pulled the track off yesterday because it had no tension on it. The track adjuster blew out the seal so I’ve got to get a seal kit for it. It drips a little bit of fuel too when I pulled it in the shop but it’s hard to tell where it’s coming from because everything in the engine compartment is yellow.
How did your trip to Moab go? That would be my idea of a vacation!
We ended up having to cancel the trip. I couldn’t get the Land Cruiser done in time so we rescheduled it!
I did my best to have the front end rebuilt and new wheel bearings but I just couldn’t finish it.
GCDuke equipment had this Steiner in the other day with the flex deck on it, pretty cool. I really like the Ventracs I’ve used, I wonder what the efficiency would be like on my properties, compared to a zero turns
Milling up some ash yesterday too, it’s a messy job.
