I used my new S205 last night for plowing and was very impressed. The new bigger cubic inch really has a lot more low end power and overall definitely has a step up on S185. The machine was a lot smoother to operate than my S185 and it seems like Bobcat improved their servos. The bigger tires are nice improvement also and seemed to lend some cushioning effect to the ride. So far Im real happy with this machine.

I heard that you guys were getting some good snow. I'm glad you like your new purchase. I've heard some good things about the S205.

I'm driving to Chicago on Monday to pick up a Cat 257B.

We had a all right year for snow. Right now we are 3.7 inches over average. We have reached about 47 inches now. I'll take it but alot of good sized storms missed and headed to the Northeast. One of these years we will get whacked hard and then I will be crying uncle! :jester:

Bobcat hasn't used servos in years (some 853 machines had them). They may have recently incorporated them in the 205.

Sorry about the servos comment. Not too familiar with inner workings of these machines. I just know that it is a lot smoother turning and is alot less jumpy.

the dump truck had to wait till next yaer. I bought the mini ex and I need another loader. I have a s220 now but need another loader for extra support. been hiring other guys with machines, figure I can just buy another loader and put the money in my pocket.
