I recently purchased a 36 inch walk behind Bunton. The frame has a few years on it though I'm not sure how many. The guy I bought it off of told me a story about where he about got ran over by it because one of the handle levers vibrated loose.
What I am wondering is how hard would it be to put a safety switch of some sort where it kills at least the blades if I'm not holding down on it. Is there something out there I can purchase?
It looks like the newer model mowers have bottom and top levers on them and I didn't know if this was a safety mechanism or not.
Thanks
