I particularily would like to hear from those in VA but others are welcome. How is it that your "salary" employees are setup? I know companies (both in and out of the industry) that do pay a reduced hourly rate for every hour over 40 and some that just flat out pay your salary, regardless of hours. I remember when I worked for a company I made something like $4.xx hour over 40 and the more hours the less the rate. My understanding in VA......salary is just that, regardless of hours, that is your wage. So, how are you setup with your "salary" employees?
