sample cancellation letter?

    Could someone please post a sample of a cancellation letter for me,I'm looking to drop some of my less appealing accounts and some that require too much driving time. I'm thinking something stating that I'm lightening my work load this season, or something along those lines. Thanks guys!(and gals)!

    Why not raise your prices to cover the extra costs involved. If they say "No Thanks" then you have not lost anything ... if they say "Sure, Ok ... " then you have covered your costs and retained an understanding customer. In my opinion, those are the customers you WANT to keep.

    Just my .02 cents ...
