I am wondering if anybody has a sample contract I could look at for an HOA account. Kind of curious how other HOA's are set up. Please leave input.
    Thanks.

I saw on Gophers site there is several contracts you could choose from. As for being HOA specific, I doubt they are... Don't know what would need to be different about it than just a regular contract? Other than maybe some kind of clause stating that "so n so" gives the orders and all comments, complaints, or querys will go thru that person. That would save on the BS of having 60 different people wanting things done 60 different ways by channeling it thru one mediator.

NO, then it would be just 1 person telling you 60 differnt ways of doing something :D

my HOA has a person I deal with (the president and I have that in my contract)
that complaints go directly to him and then he can come to me.
    2. I have a trashy lawn clause (if a neighbor to the commons is trashy I have to call and report it)
    3. most important is I stay with as much control as possible.
