Saw ad for blade similar to Meg-mow

    Saw an ad in the back of the latest Turf for the "McFarland Tri-blade" Same idea as Meg-mow set-up. Anyone use this blade? Is it as good as Meg-mow system?

    I saw that blade too. The Meg-Mo would probably be better for cutting grass finer due to the extra blade. On the other hand the new blade might take less power because it does have one less blade. Hard to say without trying them. Keep in mind every mower deck is designed different so what works on one deck may not work on the next.

    I have asked about this same question about a week ago.

    I'm interested to hear what Meg-mo or anyone else has to say about these blades.

    that cutmoreblade would be pretty useless as the teeth/lift wing wear out also. The teeth wear worse though.
