Other than a 20 year old Scag walk behind that I still have, I run all Exmark mowers.

I see a lot of praise for Scag on here, some claiming that they are better machines than Exmark. Anyhow, for people who have owned zero turns from both companies, which do you prefer and why? Why does Scag get so much praise on here?

At least in my area I rarely, almost never, see anyone running Scag. It's about 99% Exmark and 1% other.

Cut quality and wet grass cut quality is better than anyone..
    I own both.
The Exmark/Toro machines are built so good though. I love them too.
    But the Scag cut:weightlifter:

I specifically bought them for the cut when wet. When it's dry I can't say there is much difference. As far as the machine I can honestly say I almost prefer the Exmark/Toro machine just not the deck.
