I am trying to schedule roughly 125 properties. A mix of weekly and bi weekly, any tips on this? I have found that I can wrap my head around this a bit easier if I schedule all weekly yards that are in the same area and then grow the bi weeklies on the first week or second week of service, if that makes sense.

Any tips would be greatly appreciated.

What's the difficulty? Mow all the weeklies this week and 1/2 the every
jobs this week and the other half next week.

Since most of the weekly lawns prefer closer to the weekend...I do my EOWs on Tuesdays. This way my route is never thrown off.

Cool, on the days route are within a few miles of each other but not right next too. We have mostly bi weekly. Focusing hard on weekly this year.

i have many bi weeklies too. the problem comes when they want to start swapping weeks and so forth. it really screws up the schedule big time. it happens every year.

Yep I hate when customers start messing up the schedule.

This is why I no longer offer biweekly service. Good luck though!

When I saw the thread title, I thought, man, that would be cool if you could really do that....
