I found my second truck last week. It's a 92 F150 4x4 heavy half ton and its in pretty good shape except the bed but its going to be my flatbed. All it needs is a brake line, L&R tie rod ends (which he has) and a rear gas tank. The cab is in great shape, very clean interior. A little work during the summer and a new Maco paint job and lettering and there we go. Best of all I picked it up for $400.00. I'll post some progres pic's. I am also looking into a dump kit for it, I found a site on ebay for 1k you get everything.

Congrats. I just picked up my second truck today also. A 1997 Ford F250. Pretty good shape. Fairly low miles for $3750.

Thanks Lawn, I am a mechanic so working on it will be a breeze. And the other mechanic I work with loves to tinker and do projects like this so I finally lucked out. Its mainly going to be my second plow truck, I figured if I would have had a full time guy in a second truck I could have made an extra 3k so far this year.

We have 2 trucks , pickup and stakebody, and just acquired a 77 Ford 150. My uncle gave it to me. It has a rebuilt engine and trans, auto, with about 25000 miles on the drivetrain. There is a little rust over the left rear tire. It needs small things but I can handle them so far. It will be taking a ride to Maaco before the season starts. Not to steal your thread but I enjoy the truck. Matt
