A HOA rep has 16 lawns that need an annual maintenance plan (top dollar), but they have some issues. There are bare spots throughout the properties, she wants to put Bermuda b/c it is more tolerant to ground pearls. Is that a horrible idea? I told her I didn't think it would promote optimal growth with 2 turfs competing and that certain herbicides are susceptible to separate turfs. Should I seed/plug Bermuda in with the centipede or should I tell her to stay with the centipede for filling. *I will likely be having to do maintenance/herbicide applications as well & deal with the conflicting turfs during herbicide apps.
