Whats the best Walk behind Self propelled mower without a bagger??
the Toro "recycler" is a good push mower. I personally like Lawn Boy.
$350 ......I wouldnt spend any more on a mower for home use.
this is me, but I would personally not buy a self propelled 21" mower. I have used many over the years and it seems like I am pushing the thing and yelling at it, "Hurry up, your going too slow." But of course that is just my opinion
Who said anything about it being for home use?

Honda 21" commercial, put it in third gear and you will be running. Excellent mulching mower.
you actually think that i would be saying that aloud...heck no I would be yelling that out load...LOL
Look at the Honda 21" In my experience these cut and mulch well the only problem with them iv'e found is the carbys on em are a little temperamental so you have to be very careful not to get any crap in ya fuel tank. I haven't t cut with the toro but I'm sure it is good too.
I have no complaints with my Honda
i have a honda and love it it bags great and mulches pretty good it will start on the 1-2 pull every time except in winter it may take 3 pulls
right now the choke itn't working going to take it back to the dealer but still it takes only 5pulls
When I first started this business, I bought a $400 residential mower from Lowes. It lasted 2-3 months as a trim mower. Bought a Honda Commercial for $800 and have been using it for 4 years and it still runs great. Although once a year I have to take it in for carburation problems and this costs me about $100
Toro 2-stroke Commercial 21" Proline--It will mulch or bag.
