I am thinking of selling my business. Been in business for 8 years, and looking to pursue other interests. Anybody have any experience or insight that they can share. I have about 150 regular 5 app customers, and maybe 50 more 3 or less app customers. Should I base it on gross sales and then equipment seperate or what. I have a very good accountant with everything well documented. Much appreciated

Good luck with that, I would talk to your local LCO's they may want some of your customers. I would speak to your most knowledged bookkeeper on the best way

search biz brokers they can pre qualify a potential buyer so you arent wasting time. Out here on landscaping its 10-15% of your gross plus "fair market" on your equipment.

You can get 80-100% of the gross on chemical accounts if they are good.
