im looking to sell my landscaping business in Florida and wondered how long it usually takes, is there a good time to sell and will people be waiting until after Christmas to buy a business?
We have around 150 residential accounts and sales of $200k with 4 employees

What part of FL? Down south you have a better chance.

The Villages which is central, the other thing I wondered is if I wanted to sell a few accounts what sort of price would be fair?
Let’s say an average of $100 per month and 20 accounts?

How much equipment? How much of that $200k is reoccurring revenue and how much is one time jobs? Website? Work trucks with good signage?

    Why are you selling?
Didn't you just buy the business a yr ago?

What is your end result? What do you want for it? Equipment?

    Equipment is worth around $20-30k
$170k is recurring then $30k one off jobs, 2 trucks and 3 trailers with signage, no website.
How much would some accounts be worth if I wanted to sell them off first?

The accounts (if someone wants them) 1 - 2 months revenue (verified) and that is sketchy.

Id say $45k with a down payment of $25k. Each month $5k payment with the last month being a percentage adjustment month for any accounts that drop off. Can any of these employees act as a foreman and run a crew?
