For those of you using SAP, how do notify managers of new work coming in?

I have an office manager who fields the calls, gets the estimates out, sees when estimates are accepted and all that. I am curious what the best way to go about notifying other managers of new work coming in. For example if a new fertilizer client accepts an estimate, we would like that fert manager to see that new job has come in and same with new maintenance contract, landscaping project etc...

I think there is a way to set notifications if they have a user login. Otherwise, maybe CC an email to the manager. Guess it depends if the office or manager sets the schedule.

That's a good point. In the past I have set the schedule but would like to transition to have each manager set the schedule for their dept.
