I am wanting to update our old system of handwritten bills when a irrigation service call is performed. I would like for my irrigation tech to have iPad (or something similar) to keep in truck with a credit card reader. When the tech arrives at house he can enter his time arrived. Then add in what ever parts he used to repair system. When he is done he can can put his finished time in and it comes up with a total bill. Then the home owner swipes there credit card and I get paid. Do any of you guys have a system like this? Or how do you handle the billing?
