Landscape and snow removal director-Experience of 4+ yrs in landscaping/hardscaping and 1+yrs in management, experience with design and sales/dealing with clients, scheduling, and bidding. Responsibilities include meeting with potential clients, create designs, bids and help direct landscape teams, schedule jobs on calendar and order material for jobs in advance. Pay based on experience. $25,000-$45,000 annually Landscape and hardscaping Foremen- Have experience with plants native to Chicagoland area. You will manage the personnel and resources necessary to produce high quality work within budgeted goals. As a foremen, you will also conduct daily site evaluations and meet with our clients on a regular basis to ensure expectations are met. Our ideal candidate will have: 2+ years previous hands-on landscaping field experience, 1+ years in a leadership role, and strong communication skills. Horticulture degree preferred. Spanish is a plus. Ability to think on your feet and make decisions. Pay varies. $10-$20 per hour. Salary negotiable.
