Do you let your employees work with or without shirts? Is it professional to not wear them?
Female...no shirt required.
It is totally unprofessional not to wear a shirt. If you can't handle the heat than I suggest you get a desk job. The guys that tend to go shirtless in my area are either so skinny they probably have not eaten in a week and survive on cigarettes or are husky individuals. Either way they are a complete eye sore.
Commercial Job shirt stays on. Residentials...optional
allways have a shirt on. with business name and number.
All workers wear a company shirt at all times.
How would you view it if the mechanics at your car dealership didn't wear shirts? How would it seem if the mail carrier didnt wear a shirt?
I seriously doubt your professionalism, and dedication to building a quality company if you even have the guts to ask such a question.
i cut a cemetery where sometimes i'll take my shirt off. havent gotten any complaints yet.
thats the only way i'll take my shirt off though.
if i looked real good and muscular with no fat. i would never wear a shirt. but since i don't i never take it off unless im at the beach or sleeping.
I would die laughing if the dealer mechanics and mailmen went shirtless. Somehow delivering mail shirtless seems different from mowing a lawn with no shirt.
