Should I fix this? Picture

    My "supervisor" installed this while I was bidding out a job. I can see someone catching that first step and taking a nasty spill. Should I demo it and rebuild it or just let it be? I'm already a little over budget on the project.[​IMG][/URL][/IMG]

    I sure would... although it looks wet-laid.

    Personally, I'd rather deal with the headache and expense of fixing it than the liability of someone falling.

    You should redo the bottom landing as well. Doesn't look so hot with the small pieces in there

    Yeah, it's getting ripped up in the morning. The second step is the perfect distance away to catch someone's arm or head if they trip. I already called the client and asked him to stay away. The guy who allowed this to happen is going to have fun working on Saturday. :drinkup:
