Any Ideas on shrubs to use to cover up an 8 foot propane tank. Must grow to at least 4ft high with 4ft in width and be able to with stand hard winters. Any help would be appreciated.

arborvitae....would need to tie them up during winter or tie the trucks together. would work very well for what you are trying to do.
