I have a lawn service of between 45 and 50 accts as well as several cleanup and snow only accts. For the past 4 years I have also delivered pizzas to help me through the winter months and droughts. Recenely I applied for a job as a rural mail substitute. It sounds like I'm going to get the job. I'm just wondering if anyone does or has done this job and if it was easy or hard to do w your mowing schedule. My lawn service has continued to grow each year, but I still feel like I need something part-time on the side for winter and slow periods. Any thoughts on the rural carrier position and how it works with your business?
