About to purchase a 14' tandem axle trailer. Have the option with going with just a rear gate or also getting a side gate attached too.
I figure the sidegate may be too steep at times to get my smaller ZTR up it, but it sure would save me having to crank up both mowers just to get the front one off.
    Advice/experiences?

Have them make the gate longer. I have side ramps on my enclosed trailers, they're very handy. Usually a WB in front, but I run a Stander down that ramp easily.

I see you've hung that trailer jack a few times too. I'm hoping to find one with a flip down jack, but no luck so far. May just cut the one that comes with the trailer off and put one on.

Ordered it with the side gate. Can always take it off. $1699 and I added the options of spring assited rear gate, flip up tongue jack, and spare tire mount. 14' tandem.
