I wanted to know if antone used one or how much this cost. is it better then a Brown or ez?
I was quoted today:#1305SP-$4341.00 ( grooming blade), #1305SP1-$4709.00 (grooming blade + bed opening blade), Rake#A1300B-$2252.00, Broom #A1300B-$3161.00, #1305DL (differential lock) $54.00 is needed for the broom and rake.....It rents for $150.00 per day with the Bed Grooming Blade. They didn't have a broom or rake for me to look at. I was interested in renting the unit with the rake to test it out and see what it will do.landscapeinc said:I have been using one for the last month on and off. It is an awesome machine. It takes some getting used too, because you go forward unlike the brown which is reverse. It is much larger, but is also self propelled, so you can get to a large back yard without using a days energy like the brown. You need to trailer it or have ramps for a pickup, cause it as heavy as a 36" mower. It rents for $170.00 a day with a $3639.00 retail, you can also get the option of the bed groomer for existing beds so you don't kick all the dirt into the bed your mulching.
