That is the question, Which would you rather do while mowing.
You can choose both if you want.
Men stand, women sit.
That's all you need to know about this subject.
The last time I looked I was a man, and I would much rather sit on a z all day, as to bounce on a sulky all day behind the walkbehind . I used a walk behind for the first 4 1/2 years until I got the lazer, it has been a breeze ever since. I still use the wb on jobs that I can`t use the lazer, but most definitely prefer sitting.
all things being equal, i'd sit.
but for my $, ill keep walking for a few years. just cant justify the cost for comfort.
Stand Stand Stand.
Were you sitting or standing when you wrote that?
If I could afford a nice 'Z' - I think I'd rather be on that. I believe I would just as soon stand behind the Toro as sit on the JD 345 !
You all have to admit..that was a pretty good one from Ol Stone.
Stand on a Wright Stander. Prefer it over my ZTR. Very comfortable, does hills, cuts close to edges, etc w/ less tire marks at turns. Only prefer Rider w/ PECO vac for leaf season. Oh yeah, the stander throws grass better too. I am definately going to switch to doubles next season for early spring and fall. Sounds like its the way to go.
rather stand and be a man. I am like turfdude, I would rather ride my super surfer. It does awesome on hills and faster on smaller yards than a z. standing also doesn't make you tired.
Iam with alta i have a jd240 and a toro proline. i had rather be on the wb but those lazers sore do look nice.
