Heres another plus for buying your own machine , a couple days ago I did a small job for a friend , a neighbor asked If i do grading , Sure . I go over and look ,it was about 2 hours work . I quote him $ 400 . He is cool with it . ( now if I had to rent a machine it wouldnt have been worth it) Now the $ 400 job grew into a full blown regrade the entire lawn , seed and new stone on the drive . Job grew to around $ 5000.

If I didnt own the machine , I wouldnt even have bothered with bidding such a small job .

Local guy leased a Case TV380 (pretty sure) for 2 years at $495 a month. Dealer takes care of any mechanical issues. He pushed one good snow with it back in Jan and made the entire two year payments for it.
