If it is the Small Engine Warehouse, that was formerly Roy Padgette sales, avoid them like the plague, they sell some decent motors, but a lot of their "new" motors are old and used. I bought a 12.5 Kohler from them, it was supposed to be new, but when I got it it was a 21 yr old used motor with a broken governor. When I called and actually talked to Roy, he didn't think it was any big deal, and clued me in that a lot of their motors are 15, 20 yrs old, but haven't been used, and are therefore new. GGGRRRR. It took me 3 weeks to get the motor and and get it returned and even longer to get my money back.

I have been using Tulsa Small Engines and have been very pleased, motors are shipped straight from the factory. They stand behind their product.
