Small leak from Briggs 12.5 I/C breather

Found a leak coming from the breather assembly, so I unbolted it and noticed that the brown disc on the inside of the assembly moves and wasn't sure if this is a sign of wear. I also noticed that oil was coming out of the breather tube. Should I replace just the tube or both the tube and breather? Thanx.

The brown disc is meant to move around a little, Hold the breather with the disc up and tap it with your finger and it should slightly spring back up. If not go ahead and replace it with the tube.

Just checked it- the disc won't even stay up when its facing up. Will only move forward when its upside down. Guess I'll have to replace it. Once again, thanks!
