I'm working on setting prices for sod.

    Light grading
Sod $60 per pallet 450 sq. ft.
    Installation

At present most of my jobs would be only 1 to 4 pallets.

here in sc a pallet of centipede is about $85. i usually try to charge around $200 per pallet installed. i may charge for grading as well if it is needed and justified.

Here in NC we get a pallet of centipede for $116.00 my labor for the install is between $150 to $225 per pallet depending on how much prep work.

Hunter.... is the 200.00 above the 85.00 or does that include it?

    Thanks guys,
That was what I was looking for. I wasn't sure if the other prices included the sod or not.

Well up here in Michigan Ive noticed that no one wants to do the "small" jobs, so ive been monopolizing on those jobs, im getting a minimum of $3.00 a yard installed with no other work up to the highest i charged someone at $7.00 a yard.

Hope i helped, if i confused you more sorry,
    Phil
