The lawn size is only about 1300 sf, however there is a mound of soil(about 7-10 yds) in the middle of the yard(excavation from an addition by builder) that needs to be graded and then sodded. I got prices for sod around .14 sq.ft and was wondering what would be a fair price for the job. Keeping in mind that there might be some extra soil to get rid of, a bobcat on site to help with the grading and access is good. Would it worth while to sub out the grading/ removal of soil and we just install the sod for such a small job, since it would cost around 300 or just to rent a machine?Any help would be greatly appreciated!!
