There are some great posts that I would like to read, but I cannot figure out how to make this Apple computer stop the motion of the smileys. For some reason it distracts my eyes and I can't seem to get through the thread. I just skip past the ones with motion, but sometimes I feel like I am missing good information by having to do it this way.
Is there some way to make the motion stop or honestly to get those things of my screen entirely.

I have an Apple computer and it uses Safari for internet.

are you talking about all the Smiley's that you come across here on the site? not sure how you would go about that...check your iPad settings and see, but we do not have a setting to "ignore" or remove the smiley images

Okay thanks. I was able to do it with the other computer I had - it ran windows and I was able to change something so that smileys did not have motion.
I'm not sure why those things cause my eyes to divert so much - it makes it hard to read the posts - for me anyways.
Thanks for the response - I'll be okay just skipping some of the posts and read the others.
