    I trailor the trac. Its not a problem if you take your time. Most of the time theres a lot less traffic to deal with. The hardest part on some of the small store or gas stations is finding a place near by to park.

    You ought to try a skid steer on a small lot if you want to see fast! There the fastest yet on SMALL lots but I don't own a tracked machine and found that a 4x4 trac is almost as fast as a skid.

    we have a new holland 33 4wd and with the rear tires loaded it does real well on small lots. We use a scrape blade on the back and use the bucket to pile it up. Using the bucket to scrape with with only wears down the edge on your bucket. Just my two cents
