I don't think any of us can believe that the kids will be going back to school in the next week or less!

This means fall clean ups are not too far down the road and snow will be falling in a couple more months.

Given last year was above normal for most of us in WI how are you guys planning for this year. I think we all invested money into updated equipment that hasn't been updated for some time off the excess revenue of plowing.

Is anyone taking extra precautions and buying more salt, extra snow removal equipment, or more labor? I feel we're in a win loose situation, we might not get any snow this year like years past, or maybe we're in a five year trend like the senior citizen class of society seems to think.

Lets all put some feedback in and share what measures are being put in place for the '08-'09 snow season.

I know I'm gonna add clients and work longer days if we get a ton of snow this year, its what pays the bills.
