snow removal

    i need some opinions . How do you set up you snow removal contracts for villas or appartment . do you have a min. about of pushes per year or do you just have a one time yearly cost except for major snowfall.

    sorry for all questions but its getting time to prepare.

    Ahh snow.

    Do look at plowsite, more info there.

    But set your business up so you can make money.

    Plow everything at 4"

    If it stops snowing, plow at 2"

    If it's snowing 24/7, plow till ya puke. It happens.
