OMG - I'm exhausted even thinking about it.

Break it down into individual components. Make an inventory list (I know, time consuming) of the various plant material on the property, noting how many of each variety, etc. Estimate how much time, including clean up, each of the individual varieties will require. For example, 20 shaped boxwoods at 15 minutes (use caution not to under estimate the amount of time properly shaping a shrub can take) each would result in 5 man hours for all twenty boxwoods. Keep working your way down the list, add up all the hours, multiply it by your hourly rate, add debris disposal charges and voila, you have a bid.
