This is becoming a pain. Should all of the fine rocks in the soil be picked up before a sod install? I have a ton of rocks in my soil from concrete being laid. Will sod eventually grow over the small rocks. I plan to get as much up as I can but I don't want to vacuum the lawn.

small rocks should not be a problem. I have laid sod on some pretty bad ground before (owners didn't want to pay for proper prep work) and the sod took fine.

Ideally you wound not want the rocks there, but in my experience, small rocks are not a problem.
