looking to upgrade my software ,its 10 years old now.
what do you guys use.
we use both green monkey
and I really like quickbooks
HEY ROD, the quick books is that for your accounting?
and the green monkey for the chem.end?
does green monkey have a web page?
I am also looking for chem applicator's software. Currently use Quikbooks for accounting but I am branching out into fertilizing next season and need either good software or pre-printed forms for estimates and invoicing that contains all apprpriate lawn treatment info.
I have also been looking for new software. I have been using quickbooks for about eight year or so. We use custom invoices and print them off of quickbooks it work good and has great P&L reports. Lawn Monkey is suppost to work with Quickbooks. I down loaded a sample of lawn monkey and tring it soon.
try it at http://www.lawnmonkey.com
also try http://www.realgreen.com
In the may issue of Lawn&Landscape there is a pull out giving info on about 25 to 30 lawn care program to run your business.
thanks for the info, I'll definately check into it. Some of the treatment companies around here have real good looking invoices and estimates(sometimes better than the actual service) and first impressions do count.
Anthony the Qiuck books I use for the book keeping and invoicing and I pre-print all my invoices with pesticide information on my invoice and the customers . Iam able to include date, time, wind, sky conditions using Micro soft office.
