Hello-

I was wondering if someone out there has any experience with QXpress or service pro software. I am a small tree spray company that needs a software program to help schedule re-occuring jobs, do billing with integration with quickbooks! Any suggestions???

Haven't heard of that software package. I've used Real Green since it has been available. Expensive but it does what I need and then some. Their support is terrific.

You might be able to do everything you need with Quick Books setting up automatic invoicing on specific dates. We don't use their invoicing module cause that is done with the Real Green software. Quick Books will set up automatic pay (such as a bank note) so that's why it is worth while to look into that feature.

Qxpress does all those things very well. Pretty inexpensive compared to realgreen. I have the Platinum version and it does very well. If you don't need it to do prepay letters & some other marketing features, you can opt for the cheaper versions.... You can lease the Platinum for $68 a month & they will apply 3 months worth of rental towards full purchase if you decide to go that route...

We do our scheduling seperate from billings. Access for scheduling and quickbooks for billing.
